Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, special releases), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items are ready. We do not split shipments—non-pre-order items purchased alongside pre-order items will be held and shipped together when the pre-order is fulfilled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address entry
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Damage caused during shipping

Delays caused by the carrier
If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to help point you in the right direction.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs inspections may delay delivery—unfortunately, we cannot control or estimate these delays.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of customs fees, we can:

Reship it (shipping cost charged again), or

Refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
